On my mill I start one motor with the capacitors and use its other winding to supply the 3rd phase for the other two motors.

WEBJan 25, 2024 · I don't think there is enough material on the spindle to do it, and besides, the 8520 is a light duty machine and would struggle with. any tooling larger than 1/2" which is about the upper limit for MT2.
